Following the approval of the Special Re-Sit Programme by the Senate of the Federal University Dutsin-Ma at its 141st Regular Meeting, qualified applicants are hereby informed to complete their online payment and registrations.

Payment & Registration Procedure

Please follow these steps carefully to register for the Special Re-Sit Examination.

Departmental Clearance

Applicants must first obtain an official Departmental Clearance Form duly signed and endorsed by their respective Head of Department (HOD).

Academic Office Submission

Submit the endorsed Departmental Clearance Form to the Academic Affairs Division, where you will be issued the main Special Re-Sit/Reinstatement Application Form.

Central Registration Fee

Pay a non-refundable Central Registration Fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (₦50,000.00) through the university portal:

  • Register account with your active email
  • Verify your email address
  • Generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
  • Complete payment online

Course Payment

Pay Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000.00) per course registered for the Special Re-Sit via the portal:

  • Log in to the Resit Portal
  • Select registered carry-over courses
  • Generate the RRR and make payment

Completion of Registration

After successful payment(s):

  • Return to the Academic Affairs Division with evidence of payment
  • Complete the registration process
  • Submit all required documents and obtain confirmation of successful registration

Please Note Carefully:

  • Only candidates approved by the Senate are eligible to participate in the Special Re-Sit Programme.
  • Applicants are strongly advised to complete the registration process within the stipulated registration period.
  • Failure to comply with the above procedure may result in disqualification from the Special Re-Sit Programme.
